New features​

  • Unified administration panel - Manage all aspects of the Eudata platform from a single panel. Enable the products of interest by selecting the voice Contact Center platform offered by Next2Connect along with the process automation and digital Contact Center functionality of ConvyAI. Manage users, permissions, and roles for individual applications.

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) - Next2Connect now supports SSO with major protocols such as SAML and OIDC. Benefits include enhanced security by reducing phishing and weak-password risks through centralized authentication control, increased operational efficiency (authenticate once to access all business applications), and simplified access management for IT administrators.

  • Redesigned UI - Both the administration component and the operator console have been completely revamped to offer a more modern and intuitive user experience. The operator console includes two new themes, one of which uses glassmorphism techniques for an elegant and innovative look.
