Getting Started with Eudata Connect Suite - Setup Guide
Overview
This guide walks you through everything needed to go from a fresh Amazon Connect instance to a fully operational Eudata Connect Suite environment. There are three steps:
- Technical requirements - check browser compatibility for the Next2Connect agent desktop.
- AWS configuration - set up IAM, Kinesis, and Amazon Connect settings.
- Administration Panel setup - configure your organization, tenant, modules, and routing profiles.
Technical Requirements
The Next2Connect agent desktop runs in the browser - no installation required. The following browser versions are supported:
